South Korean AI music company Pozalabs has publicly identified Steal Saturday as an artist it created, announcing the connection alongside the October 26 release of the five-track EP 그럼에도, 오늘은, translated here as Even So, Today. The Seoul-based company develops music-generation models, supplies its technology to other businesses through an API, and produces customized music with professional post-production. Steal Saturday previously released the single “Anything” and EP Contrast, exploring electronic genres including hyperpop, house and R&B. The new release shifts toward ballads incorporating band arrangements, acoustic guitar and strings.
The title track, “꿈의 모양” (“Shape of a Dream”), credits Naran on vocals and accompanies a music video in which an ordinary bedroom opens into ocean and space imagery. Seo Jeong-gil features on “제게도 꿈은 있었습니다” (“I Had a Dream Too”), about a man who wanted to write but spent his working life fishing. Eliot Rue features on two tracks, including the closing song “FOMO (Fear Of Missing Ordinary),” while the company credits Steal Saturday itself with the vocal on “엄마가 보내준 반찬” (“The Side Dishes Mom Sent”). Across the release, the songs address postponed ambitions, family relationships and everyday life.
