Easol has secured a reported $30 million financing package and launched Teammates, AI agents designed to help festival and experience businesses manage sales, customer service and operations. The company provides software that combines branded websites, bookings, payments, marketing and guest information in one platform. Its agents use that connected information to carry out tasks across the business. Easol lists a general-purpose Easol Agent, a Sales Agent and a Support Agent, with functions including preparing booking proposals, following up abandoned baskets, offering additions to existing bookings and answering guest questions. October 28 reporting describes the financing as $20 million in equity and a $10 million debt facility from Viola Credit.
Easol says its system can act on booking, payment and customer information without requiring promoters to move between separate tools. The company’s examples include identifying festival guests who have not booked equipment rental and finding payments that could be recovered. Those examples indicate intended commercial uses, rather than independently verified revenue improvements. Easol also named new festival clients including Coachella, Stagecoach and Camp Flog Gnaw, but their use of its booking infrastructure should not be read as confirmation that they adopted the new agents. For promoters working with small teams and tight margins, the proposition is to automate administrative and sales work while staff concentrate on guests and event delivery.
