ArtMaster, a Prague-based company, has raised $2.4 million in seed funding to develop AI models for creative-skills training. Its piano-learning app, Artie, listens through a device’s microphone or receives performance data through a MIDI connection, providing personalized feedback on notes and timing alongside guided song practice. The company’s announcement names Factorial Capital, Reflex Capital and Moises among its new investors.

ArtMaster plans to extend its approach to additional instruments and eventually other creative skills. Its development plans include generating exercises around passages a learner finds difficult, rather than only evaluating performances or recommending existing lessons. The investment supports an application of music AI focused on helping people perform: its usefulness will depend on whether personalized feedback translates into sustained practice and measurable improvement.
